Michael Houlihan, Esq. is passionate about helping fellow New Englanders recover after an accident or tragic event. Prior to forming Houlihan Law, Michael was an associate at a firm that defended businesses and property owners against injury claims brought by patrons, most notably of Demoulas/Market Basket, a New England-based supermarket chain. As a result, Michael has handled the defense of hundreds of injury claims typical to the retail industry including slip/trip & falls, equipment collisions, and defective products.
Michael’s experience in working with defendants and their insurers gives him a unique perspective of their mindset allowing for a more effective presentation of a client’s case. Michael takes pride in helping his clients recover physically, mentally, and monetarily following an injury.
